3 weeks agoOkay this place is GOOD. My food was prepared by a young man who cared that I was going shopping prior to eating. He lovingly prepared my food and it was so delucious😋 The spices blended in very well. I got the chicken over rice, there was also a leafy green salad included, a very hot, delicious sauce served on the side👌FRENCH FRIES are VERY GOOD. I am not disappointed at all with Halal Chicken. It's all worth it. ❤️

a month agoFor a small restaurant in a plaza we were delightfully surprised. Definitely a no frills atmosphere but very clean. My chicken gyro was delicious. The vegetables were fresh as was the pita. There was a dipping sauce included with my granddaughters fries that was so tasty. I wish it was bottled. All in all I was pleased with our lunch and surprised how reasonable our meals were for the great quality of our entrees.

2 months agoHALAL ROOSTER is an excellent spot for delicious and fresh halal food. The chicken and other dishes were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and served hot. The portions were generous, and everything tasted high quality. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience very smooth. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for a casual meal or takeout. I’ll definitely be returning to try more from their menu.

3 months agoI absolutely love this place! My go-to is the chicken and lamb over rice platter with extra white and hot sauce. The food is amazing every single time, it’s ready quickly, and the service is wonderful.

My go-to is the combo—it’s always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—but I also love trying something different every time because everything on the menu is that good. The portions are generous, the food is consistently delicious, and the quality never drops. You can really tell they care about what they serve. If you’re looking for authentic, satisfying halal food with amazing flavor, this place is a must. Highly recommend! 🔥🍗🥙

8 months agoWe had a wonderful first experience at Halal Rooster. From the start, the owner made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to answer all our questions since it was our first time ordering. His friendliness and attentiveness really stood out. Absolutely delicious food! The chicken over rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. My wife ordered the grilled chicken burger and she loved it. We also tried the seasoned fries, which were crispy and flavorful - the perfect side. Overall, both the service and the food exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back!

a year agoThe seating area is pretty big, it’s clean but it was freezing inside. That maybe due to the size of the place. We ordered the Kebab Paratha Roll and the Chicken Burger with Fries. The service did take a while but that was ok as they had lots of delivery orders. The owners were helpful and accommodating. They placed the sauce on the side of my Kebab Roll as I was worried about it being too spicy (which it wasn’t). The Chicken Burger was unique and spiced so nicely. Overall the food was freshly made and tasted delicious. We will be back to try the other items on the menu….probably when it’s slightly warmer though!

Edited a year ago🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Halal Rooster on Dewey Ave, near Carbones, 5 out of 5 stars! We ordered the Chicken Over Rice, Lamb Over Rice, Baked Wings and Chicken Tenders. The platters came with a generous amount of meat, rice and salad. Fresh tasting, well seasoned. Can't wait to try each platter. The wings are huge! We got them with sauce on the side, but even the dry rub was perfect on it's own. Of course, our 9 year old just wanted chicken tenders, but these were so fresh tasting. We can't recommend this restaurant enough. Grateful to have all the variety of food coming in and setting up shop in Greece.
